Because of the painting technique, even in person it’s hard to tell what the piece is made of. The drippy, glossy looking surface almost creates a porcelain effect.

Because of the way light falls on the geometric undulations in this piece, this piece almost appears as digital pixels or seemingly, oddly unfocused. As you move around the piece, you see the forms gently morphing to create new undulations. The wall sculptures in this series almost all have this effect , which are somewhat disquieting but at the same time peaceful.
